Job description:

Building the best business account is not easy. As one of the fastest growing Fintech companies in Berlin and Belgrade we are looking for talented personalities who help us to redefine banking. Do you want to join our mission to build the best business bank for SMEs in Europe?

We are looking for someone to join our Customer Relations team in Belgrade. We are still young and building the team, so you will have the opportunity to grow with us and the company.


Job requirements

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focusing on 1st level phone support for simple requests and be responsible to complete the process independently (for more complex requests our respective experts will take over)
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Generating and reporting customer insights from daily interactions and forwarding their feedback to our product team

Requirements:

  • You have very good knowledge of English (native speaker level)
  • You are customer oriented manner and have great communication skills
  • You have a quick mind and are willing to develop your own knowledge and skills and adapt to changing customer expectations
  • You are reliable and responsible, enjoy team and service-oriented work and have a strong sense of duty
  • Previous experience is a big plus
