About your new role

  • You will be one of the key account managers for our Italian clients

  • You will help shaping and improving internal operation processes for the Italian market

  • You will collect customer insight and report it to the product team.


What we expect from you

  • You have experience in CRM or Customer facing roles (from 2-4 years) 
  • Experience in finance, banking or start-ups (banking preferred)
  • MS Office, Ticketing, G-Suite, Back-office, Confluence, Trello, Slack, CRM Systems
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (German would be a plus!) 

  • You are empathetic, friendly, proactive and a team player 

  • You are based in Milan

  • Open to travel occasionally to the different offices

  • You are able to work in a high pace environment.
