We are currently looking for an unstoppable Inbound Sales Specialist (f/m/div) for our HQ in Berlin, with a focus on helping us grow our customer base. The Sales team plays a key role in how Penta is rapidly expanding and is responsible for acquiring new customers and for building awesome brand awareness and value.
 

About your new role:

  • You will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads through various channels, raise awareness and close new deals to grow Penta
  • You will be assisting and guiding our potential clients through their buying journey
  • You will responsible for giving our clients the best possible experience and being an active promoter of our brand
  • You will be nurturing the relationships you start until they move to Account Management
  • You will be promoting and advocating Penta to all the businesses you come across with
  • Gather customer suggestions and feedback, and pass it on to our product teams

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • You have at least 2 years of a proven track record in an inside sales environment, closing B2B accounts and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a big plus
  • You have previous experience working with a CRM tool and virtual calling systems
  • You are native/fluent in both German and English
  • You have strong listening skills, emotional intelligence and are curious about how you can add value to customers
  • You are willing to learn the ropes fast and get up to speed on all aspects of our product - and use all the tools we have available to your advantage
