We are looking for a passionate brand builder with the eagerness to push the envelope and support Penta on their way to becoming the most wanted business bank account throughout Europe. Are you ready to take on the challenge and become our new (Senior) Brand & Communications Manager (f/m/div)?
Together with the CMO you’ll drive and own the process of shaping the Penta brand and generate creative as well as actionable campaigns, rooted in a clearly defined communication strategy and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

You’ll be the thought leader of our brand strategy and make sure we communicate to our clients and the media with one voice.
To build a platform for long-term success, you create a brand measurement system which helps you and the team to understand the impact and results of your campaigns.
Take on ownership for creating content for our Blog, Social Media, website and the press together with our Community Manager and Freelancers.
You’ll work together closely with all departments to make sure the brand does not only get communicated to the outside but be an internal guideline as well.
The internal coordination of brand strengthening events, the communication with the press, bloggers and influencers as well as customers will be your daily bread and butter.
While you know that content is king, you ensure that you increase the success of your campaigns through smart SEO measurements.
What will make you succeed?
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communication and Brand Management in a fast-paced startup environment
Proven track record of delivering stand out creative work with an eye for design as well as a strong sense for story telling
Your consciousness for successful public relations gets combined with a big interest in everything fintech and the intrinsic motivation to keep yourself up to date with SEO, SEA and the newest marketing trends.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done gets paired with excellent project management skills so that no ball gets dropped.
You are driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
Last but not least you bring exceptional oral and written communications skills in German and English, are a captivating presenter and great listener.
