More than 12.000 businesses use Penta today and we are growing quickly.

We are currently looking for an unstoppable Key Account Manager (f/m/div) for our HQ in Berlin, with a focus on helping us grow our revenue per account. The Sales team plays a key role in how Penta is rapidly expanding, is responsible for acquiring new customers and for building awesome brand awareness and value.

About your new role:

  • You will be responsible to build and maintain great relationships with our customers
  • You will be a hero of upselling and customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer suggestions and feedback, and pass it on to our product teams
  • You will be working autonomously and will manage your accounts portfolio
  • You will prioritize tasks and work in multiple projects at once
  • You will be part of a fast-paced company preparing for hyper-growth phase
  • Advocating Penta to all businesses you come across with

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • You have at least five years of a proven track record as a Key Account Manager with B2B accounts and exceeding targets 
  • You know how to work a relationship and are great at upselling to existing customers
  • You are an amazing listener and can spot opportunities as they arise and capitalize on them
  • You are proactive, dependable and know-how to work autonomously 
  • You are an outstanding communicator and negotiator
  • You are proficient using CRM tools and virtual calling systems
  • You are fluent in both German and English
  • You know how to analyze, manage and improve your account portfolio
  • You are willing to learn the ropes fast and get up to speed on all aspects of our product - and use all the tools we have available to your advantage
